Localhost access gives AFTER some time. Any solutions?

Third time installing now, all three time same performance.

  1. download XAMPP
  2. Download opnemr on windows 11 into XAMPP folder, hotdocs
  3. setup done with username and password.

OpenEMR works fine on localhost for a week or so. Then, one day and no changes made or any alteration, localhost gives error in accessing page on the browser, XAMPP features are showing everything is running fine with no errors, yet can not access localhost page of openemr at all on any browser, tried all three that I know.

Any help?
