I am trying to design a layout form but would like to pull in the patient’s medications and allergies at the top of the Layout form. I am still learning the forms but the lists in “List” do not seem to have patient specific lists. Is there a way to reference “ids” and pull these into the forms. Obviously I am NOT a PHP programmer.
