LBV add horizontal rule into report

I have had time to play further with LBV.

If I wanted to add a horizontal rule / line between two NationNotes when generating a PDF report, how could this be done?

My other option would be to use the LBV style “Outline Data Col” but this style is not carried over into the generated report around the text, maybe someone could suggest an edit I can make to do this?
