LBF Form not printing

Situation
After entering data in form and when trying to savd and print option, it displays a blank page saying

Was there anything pertinent in them?

Were you able to check the logs? If you are using Ubuntu, the logs are in /var/log/apache2/error.log or they are in the log file specified by your apache config file.
