Situation
I had a LBF working and I used it in few encounters. When I tried to use it today in an encounter it did not display any option / field . When I go to Admin >> Forms >> layout and select the form . I tried to Save or Check Properties it will not response. When I tried to display a preview the browser through the error below . All other LBF are working fine

There was one line
PHP Warning: PHP Request Startup: Input variables exceeded 1000. To increase the limit change max_input_vars in php.ini. in Unknown on line 0, referer: https://emr.carepointinfusion.com/interface/super/edit_layout.php
That disappeared after increasing the max_input_vars in php.ini
You can also turn on User Debugging under Administration->Globals->Logging User Debugging Options=>All
