Hello
congratulation for the software.
Today I install the version 4.1 for ubuntu.
I add OpenEMR Laboratory and check the “Enable Lab Exchange” box .
and when I go to check lab results see these error

Could someone help me?

You have to have an approved subscription from Labcorp thru one of the
approved vendors for that to work.

Where do you get your LAB results from? Wonder if ViSolve can give support in Argentina, since that gives many options for non-US based OpenEMR Users.
