We are having forms coded and will be uploading them into OpenEMR. The PHP forms will be placed in the interface/forms directory, and then installed via the Admin > Forms Administration tool.
The PHP forms include a diagnosis/issue that is generated by the provider, and we want the issue to auto-populate with the issues in the demographics, as well as on encounter forms and fee sheets. This will reduce data entry errors and increase efficiency for our providers and admin staff. We are a mental health practice, so our diagnosis/issues are stable from encounter to encounter.
Is there currently functionality within OpenEMR to accommodate this? If not, suggestions on the best way to go about making this happen?
