Issue Death Certificate/Birth Certificate

Hi,

I am evaluating this software for a community maternity hospital. As you would guess, it mostly deals with birth and occasionally death. There is a requirement for the hospital to issue Birth & Death certificates to the patients. Is there a feature already in the system for the same? I am running 5.0.2
