Is there any way to LOCK or CLOSE an Encounter?

I want attendant physician would be able to close and seal his encounter, I’ve seen any other physician can modify encounter details, and we don’t want that

Hello Fernando

You can Esign the Encounter - which will sign and lock that encounter or specific form.

Which means - no one can edit that after locking.

That Esign just seal individual part of Encounter ? isn’t it ?

I’ve got Esign that encounter but another physician still could edit its not-esigned Observation Form attached to that encounter

Or user must have to Esign every other form individually ?
