Is there any way to bind medication with patient encounter?

Hello,
I’m looking for a way that allows me add medication for the particular encounter.
I can see there is a Medication tab on the right side of the Patient summary tab but this section does not clear for which encounter I’ve added medication.

Hello Ravi,

Currently, There is no encounter date is displayed in the patient demographics medication tab. You can able to view the associated encounter details of the medication in medication details section (Medication edit tab->enc button in the list).
Associated medications details for a specific encounter has been highlighted in colors, you can able to toggle the encounter and view the associated medications information, also you need some customisation for displaying encounter date in the patient demographics section.
