Is there a way to add spaces between text on encounter notes?

When I view/print the encounter notes it all looks jumbled together. If i ever get asked for notes by insurance payers I want to keep them as happy as possible. (See attached)

What can I do to add spacing or padding around the entries? Or make the entries look more organized? It looks great on the LBF but not on the encounter view.

This is a coding issue. There is nothing that I know of that can be done from the UI to make the adjustments you are asking about.
