Is there a setting to link family members?

Is there anything in here to link family members?

All I see on the patient form is simply filling in parent/guardian.

I would like to be able to easily pull a report for an entire family, instead of a single patient.

Not that I’m aware of but it could be added as a custom field. Do you mean family as in a single household or an extended family including several generations?

You can take a look under administration-> forms -> layouts -> demographics. From there you can add a custom field.
