I’ve only seen mention of modifying a complicated php file. has this stayed the same up to this version? It’s hard to imagine people are getting by with the barebones invoice that doesn’t include relevant codes or practice name, provider etc.
I checked the PHP file but I don’t want to be messing with that.
hi @tatakai, you would have to edit a couple scripts to get beyond the customization that’s allowed in Admin->Config->Billing->Statement Logo and Admin->Config->Billing->Statement Appearance.
I’ve customized those files and will try to share these with the community soon.
Hi. Do you have a list of these files so I can have a look? I want to modify the receipt/invoice as it only shows patient address and some little information re procedure.
I’d also like to change what is generated through post payment → pdf download selected/email selected.
I should ask what is the standard way for sending payment information to patients (after payment or before) for insurance claim purposes?
