Is possible to add buttons to my Dynamic Finder?

Hi community , I´m adding some new costume features to my openEMR and I want to know if is possible to add some additional features for the dynamic filter.
For example:

filter_original
filter_original1362×252 22.9 KB
this is the original finder and it is good but I would like to have something like that:
filter_new
filter_new1088×497 38.5 KB

It is possible to do? , if yes how can I do it?
