Is it possible to upgrade openemr 5.0.1 to 5.0.2 wtitout installing 5.0.1 Patches?

Hello.
I have installed openemr v5.0.1 (6) (by XAMP+OPENEMR installation). I have not installed any patches yet. For upgrading to 5.0.2 should I install patches first? Can I upgrade to 5.0.2 without installing 5.0.1 patches?
