Is CUPS installed by default with ubuntu or openemr?

This may sound silly, however, I was curious whether CUPS is installed with openemr by default or is it installed during the ubuntu build?

Hi Warren,
do you mean CUPS the linux printer manging software? - for me it was installed with ubuntu - not with openemr
