Situation
Hi everyone,
I did a fresh install of OpenEMR 6.0.0 on Ubuntu 20.04LTS, and confirmed the drawing capability within the Eye Exam module as being functional. Applied 6.0.0 Patch 2, which then fixed the drawing display in the Encounter Summary but broke the drawing functionality in the Eye Exam form. Applying 6.0.0 Patch 3 did not fix the issue.
I spun up another VM and installed OpenEMR 6.0.0, and by replacing a single file at a time from the patch in the /interface/forms/eye_mag folder, found that the feature is broken when the view.php file was replaced.
What’s the procedure for submitting a bug?
