Invoices by front office

how can i use front office to sale drugs on counter so as it can work as a point of sale

You will have to setup your in-house pharmacy to inventory drugs and maybe also non-drug products in globals.
Then you will have to add drugs to your inventory in the in-house pharmacy. This can be done one by one but it can be tedious. There are ways to upload a lot of drugs in bulk if you have the list of drugs in spreadsheet along with their prices. I have done this with the professional help of a developer here who added over 10,000 ptoducts including billable services for the fee sheet to utilize.

Hello @Bingi welcome back!
As @Mercy_Udele mentioned, OpenEMR has a feature that does what you are looking for. It’s called the Pharmacy Dispensary Module, and the wiki article on it is here:
https://www.open-emr.org/wiki/index.php/Pharmacy_Dispensary_Module

That page has a link to another page,
https://www.open-emr.org/wiki/index.php/Using_OpenEMR_Inventory-Dispensary_Module_for_Non-_Pharmaceutical_Products
which is also useful because it provides other information on the configuration and use of the module.

However, it does not describe bulk uploading of large numbers of products as OP describes. If you are interested in doing that you would need to setup and configure the module per the wiki instructions then upload the product data into the appropriate database tables.

Good luck!
