How can i add different invoice reference pool for different facilities?.. for one facility i want to start with hrc001, and the other with RC 001. Is it possible?

I believe this will do what you want. You can create new reference pools named for each facility. If the facilities share the same database they will all appear on the same dropdown but you can select the one you want.
Go to ‘Admin/ Forms/ Lists’ and enter the name of the list, or just ‘pool’ should get you there.
Then edit the list per these instructions.
