Situation
This is a new install of OpenEMR using Ubuntu Linux. When installation and setup completes, I am unable to login using the Administrator username and password I specified. I have read many of the complaints in the forums but none of them address my problem.

These errors were repeated several times in the log /var/log/apache2/error.log.
