You should provide additional details - specially platform and versions, did the installation ever work? Is it hosted? Were there any updates to any of system components?

openemr version 4.1.2 it is hosted sir. i finish uploading the website and it gives me Internal Server Error dont know what to do with this. it also gives max_questions’ resource (current value 75000) error.

This forum has a wealth of past responses. If you search for “max_questions”, you will find this message for possible solutions.
During installation lot of data gets loaded which hosting services do not allow. So you need to work with them regarding this error.

it seems to be you are under shared hosting
