Insured Type Code for Secondary Medicare

In the 2000B Loop does anyone know where in the program the Insured Type Code is referenced at or where we can select this setting. I do see that it can pull it in through the X12 batch by the following code:

“*” . $claim->insuredTypeCode() . // applies for secondary medicare

But I can’t seem to find where we can select this for the insured patient.
