I got a report today that this feature is not working. I have talked about this in another thread. It is not working in any of the v7 installs that I have access to (more than 2).

hi @juggernautsei , in that thread the smart look up referred to how the insurance is chosen by a sql statement .
There’s also this PR.
Demographics insurance display and edit/save will be helped along now that there’s a date_end in the insurance_data table.
