Situation
I made some changes to Demographics layout and now Insurance tab is not showing up on the patient detail page.

OpenEMR Version
v5.0.1

Browser:
I’m using: Firefox Quantum 66.0.5 (64-bit)

Operating System
I’m using: XAMPP Control Panel v3.2.3

Logs
Did you check the logs? Was there anything pertinent in them? Paste them here (surround with three backticks (```) for readability

Have you made changes in the layouts or any code changes?
If possible could you share the error logs.

Good day, Yep changes were made to layout. I also went through the changes and restored what I thought was missing, but it still doesn’t show up.

Which logs should I post?
