Is there a setting to hide the insurance card on the dashboard? In other places around the world. This card is not needed. The option to use simplified demographics does not hide the insurance card.

@Param_CapMinds What I plan to do is to extend the global to the card. That way, the card will be hidden when the global is selected. Unless you already have this done. If you do, can you post a PR?
After further testing, I found that the insurance card does not show if there is no insurance data, which is when the simplified demographics are enabled. The chart does not display the insurance card.
