I am using openemr 7.0.2. One patient did 2 services , and one service is approved by insurance but the other is not. How can i bill this?. Also i need to generate insurance invoice for the item which is approved by insurance comapny.

There are a lot of information on the web on how to make billing using openemr. I used google: openemr billing, openemr fees sheet, openemr Billing Claims. Free to do your own search, here is an example:

I am not sure if you are in the US, if so it is helpful to set your Practice Settings –> X12 Partners.

I am not clear on this. If it is a covered service but not approved by insurance then you may not be able to collect money from insurance or patient (if you have contract with the insurance) you better ask someone who knows better than me, this is may be a legal question.
