Installation of OpenEMR on Synology +1515 NAS

Anybody with a solution installing on a Synology NAS. I have similar problems mentiones here:

THank you, Peter. So if I do not misunderstand I will logon PHPMyAdmin and creare another user with all the privilidges required.
