It appears I installed openemr successfully, but when i go to my page, “http://mywebsite.com/openemr/interface/login/login_frame.php?site=default” i get an error page as if nothing is there. “sorry the page you are looking for does not appear to be here.” I did also change the file permissions.

2) Which version of OpenEMR are you using?

I am using Godaddy. I did not install any patches. I changed file permissions, but was unaware I needed to install patches. Where can I obtain some info and downloads for the patches? Thanks.

No need to install patches at this point. It is hard to instruct on what to do on GoDaddy. I would suggest if you could get to the PHP.INI file and turn on error messages. That would help tell you where the application is bogging down.
At the end of the installation there were some instructions on change the config file. Where you able to make those changes?

I was unable to locate the file at the last part of setup. I cannot find the php.ini file. I assume the php.ini file will be in the unzipped folder I uploaded to root on my godaddy account. Thanks for assisting
