Initial startup Fatal Error

Situation
I am installing openemr for the first time, when accessing localhost/openemr I recieve a Warning and a fatal error:
Warning: require_once(C:\XAMPP\htdocs\openemr/src/Common/Compatibility/Checker.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\XAMPP\htdocs\openemr\setup.php on line 21

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘C:\XAMPP\htdocs\openemr/src/Common/Compatibility/Checker.php’ (include_path=‘C:\XAMPP\php\PEAR’) in C:\XAMPP\htdocs\openemr\setup.php on line 21

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 6.1.0

Browser:
I’m using: Edge

Operating System
I’m using: Windows 10

Logs
Did you check the logs? Yes, they have the same errors as the most recent events
Was there anything pertinent in them? Not sure
Please paste them here (surround with three backticks (```) for readability.
You can also turn on User Debugging under Administration->Globals->Logging User Debugging Options=>All

Do you still offer this EMR as an appliance?

Unless someone can pinpoint the fault here … If it was me I would do a fresh install and do installation steps exactly to get up and running.

Hello Mohamed, I got it up and running but am receiving an ICD10 external data upload error. I’ve tried resolving the issue using previous threads but am not having any luck.
