Incorrect password error

Hello,
I’ve just installed the fresh windows openmer and all gone well with installtion but I’m getting Incorrect password error while adding new user to my clinic.

Any body has any idea for this or I need to do some research on this.

Make sure you have provided password fields in the user creation screen as shown below.
Password: Password for the new user you are creating
Your Password: Password of the user logged in currently

I have the same issue. I’m following the instruction correctly and no matter what I do it still won’t create the user.

Here are the details of my system:

Version Number : 7.0.2
System: Linux sg1-sr102.supercp.com 4.18.0-477.21.1.lve.1.el8.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Sep 5 23:08:35 UTC 2023 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

System info generated from “uname -a”. System used is a shared web hosting environment.
