I would like to include calculations in LBF or other forms. There are many possible applications. In my case, I need a liquid balance form, adding and substracting volumes of liquids entering or leaving the body. LBF do not currently allow any operation. Is there any easy solution? Thanks!

There are form builders and LBF builders but they only offer the most basic functionality. I create many custom forms that have calculation capabilities. I program the behavior of the forms to be tablet friendly. For example, The following form is for a physical exam that school-age children would need to fill out to join a sports team. Since we want control over what PHI we share with schools, when we click on a field we can choose what we share. In this example when we click on the first field a pop-up lets the end-user choose the health issues to alert the sports team:
This limits the amount of typing required to fill the form, saving time.
