When importing referring doctor information into the address book where do we put the NPI information? Or the referring phone and fax numbers etc?
Which table acts as the template for such an import? addresses? If so, which field should NPI be placed into?
Or if I am way off please let me know the correct table to do a clean import of data. Thanks!!!
