I have been tasked with doing some work in the immunizations form and I have a question about the saving of the form.
I noticed that for every record saved, there are two entries displayed on the screen which is deceiving at first. Because I thought there would be dual entries in the database but there is not.
My question is there a reason for the dual display of the exact same information?
I checked the latest version and it does the same thing as seen in the image attached.
