Recently upgraded from 5.0.1(6) to 7.0.0(2) in Ubuntu server 18.04, Apahe2 2.4.54, MySQL 14.14, PHP 7.4.33
Past immunization information is not showing on the dashboard.
We are using a custom list, and I don’t have access to the cvx list when trying to add a new immunization, as it works in the online demo version of OpenEMR 7.
What may have gone wrong?
