Image field type - to create orphanage bio-metric demographic to help prevent abuses

I have seen a number of requests on similar subject but none answered in a way I can use.

What I need is to add image fields for fingerprints, facial, and birthmarks as well as scanned images of police reports, birth certificates, affidavits, etc… to the demographic layout.

The reason I’m looking at EMRs is to be able to also store the children’s medical records.

I know it may sound like a deviation from the core scope, but I realized that just localizing patient/patients to child/children, the EMR works just fine.

I’d like to thank for your patience in advance, as I’m a newbie… and a stubborn one.
Cheers,
–M

Welcome aboard, glad you’re here.

Documents can store .jpeg files.

Previously in 4.1.0 it was possible to create new Categories as depicted in this video; but with the 2 defaults for Patient Information, it should be possible to accommodate your needs.

Scanned images can be added to a NationNote or Pain Map; links are provided in Supplementary.
