ICD coding not working

Dear All
Using OpenEMR 5.0.2

  1. When I click on “Add issue to the current visit” on the Patient Encounter Form, in the opened windows named Issue/ Coding, the suggestions remain blank for ICDs, which means there is no suggestion at all. However in the Demo there are suggestions according to WHO ICD.
  2. After adding an issue in the Patient Encounter Form, I could neither edit nor delete the issue previously saved.

hi @M3k710, did you install an ICD code set under Admin->Other->External Code sets?
