I need some advice on a Availity batch file rejection> Availity is saying that Loop 2310B and loop 2010AA is showing E1 in the ref segment and it should be showing EI. Here is an example from the batch:

I don’t even know where to begin to fix this. I have looked in the gen_x12_837.inc.php file and can follow along but I’m not sure if I need to change something in this file or somewhere else. Sorry about all the post on this but I’m lost and need to find an answer quickly. Thanks for any help that can be provided.
