I downloaded openEMR and created username and password. I am not seen anything in my laptop and cant start. I thought this is free and not sure if it require any credit card to activate?

Hi Amer, you have to install the openemr.
Did you install it?
Just downloading the zipped file wont help.

PS: you dont need to make any payment to use openemr.

Hi,

I was able to download the software successfully but during installation I didn’t change the administrator name first name and last name to my first and last name and now the system now shows on top of the chart name as administrator/ administrator!
How can I fix it?

You can edit user names in Admin->Users
