I added my network, username and password from emr direct and I am using the open source app on my localhost
There are a lot of extra parameters you have to deal with when using EMRDirect/Direct Messaging.
Did you load the required security certificates? Are you working in the EMRDirect developer/sandbox environment, or production?
There is an implementation guide available from EMRDirect for working with OpenEMR, your account manager at EMRDirect should be able to provide it for you, recommend going through that documentation very carefully.
