I know this is a dumb question, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to actually get the the EMR. I have downloaded the zip drive, and I am stuck. I need to get it logged in and going and get Wino going. PLease help. Also who do you use or controlled substances? Does One EMR have ability for referrals?

Its not working for me the link is saying its invalid.
does the error “invalid” happened when you extract the zip file you downloaded? If yes try to download again the file., maybe it was corrupted during download.
I clicked the link in the thread you gave me. I have downloaded stuff already
have you extracted the files? If Yes just follow the instruction i sent (depending on which environment your going to used)

You haven’t specified what file you originally downloaded, or what your attempted installation type and environment is.
Providing some details about what you’re trying do and what OS or platform you’re trying to use would help us to give more informative answers.
e.g., if you downloaded the gzipped application code bundle, then you need a working linux server with a MariaDB or MySQL instance and a running web server in order to perform the installation. If you downloaded the Docker container then you need a functioning Docker host to build/run the container. If you downloaded the Windows zip bundle, then you must first establish the prerequisites like XAMPP before proceeding to install/configure OpenEMR.
What is your installation environment? Linux, docker, windows?
