How to use Open EMR with Open server

I need to make an online health record just for personal use.
I downloaded Open EMR but couldn’t download Virtual Box. I think its not compatible with my PC.
I have Open server instead but I don’t know what to do with it
Can someone please help me?

Which OS are you using? You have several options including using WAMPP or if you have linux it should work without issue.

Thanks for the reply. I’m using Windows 10 32-bit. I followed instructions and was redirected to a site where I can download XAMPP but I don’t see any that fits with the 32 bit.
