How to Setup insurance eligibility in OPENEMR v5. 0.2

I would like to get instructions on how to setup insurance eligibility. I have office ally credentials already and the x12 parter configured but I keep getting unauthorized access
Invalid username or password.
I double checked with office ally support and everything seems to be ok on their end.
