How to modify layout of prescription to be printed?

Hello

Is there any way to change the prescription layout? I am a doctor and liked the software and want to use the software for my clinic. I need to give printout of the prescription to the patients. Please suggest in simple commands to change the layout as I am not an IT expert.

  1. Want to remove Rx sign above the provider name.
  2. I want Age/sex of the patient rather than date of birth.
  3. Medicines prescribed should look like…
    Tab. Paracetamol 500mg twice a day (after meals)
    [want to remove dispense and refill options]
  4. There should be capacity to add at least 10-12 medicines on single page.
  5. Want to print the Diagnosis and vitals of the patient on the prescription.

We can perform few customization as listed below:
Under Administration->Globals->Rx tab

  • we can enable/disable few information
  • Choose the Paper Size & Margins

To customize the layout, we need to perform the changes in the SourceCode Files.
