How to manage and work on routes in openemr?

Situation
I have moved to openemr patient portal in modules setup so I have faced to routing issue. How can resolve this issue and how to setup the patientportal in modules setup.

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 7.0.1

It seems as if English is not your first language. Could you please rephrase your question? Patient portal is not a module. But if you are trying to enable the patient portal. Go to Admin Config Portal and click enable patient portal. You will need to have a port 443 open to the world in order for patients to be able to use the portal.
