How to make a checkbox selected by default in LBF (Layout Based Form)

Is there a standard way to do this? I’ve tried a few things like using the “Description is Default Text” option but nothing has worked so far.

Try the “?” section and set value to 1 if the field is not selected

if you are using check boxes then you must be using list which contains the various list options. There check the default option of the value u want to be visible by default.

i use this feature all the time and it makes generating reports and printing so easy.

its very hepful, especially when u need so many mouse clicks to select from the drop downs, i have set all vaues to default the common ones and saves me hundreds of clicks daily. :slight_smile:
