Hi @Hilina, what has PF provided for you in their export process? CCDs (continuity of care documents)?
The CCDA route one can do right away and import via CCM otherwise, they eventually send an set of ridiculous spreadsheets that may or may not be complete history. CCM would have to be modified to import notes and deal with external procedures better (more goodly)
Anyway, it’s a process that requires considerable effort. (and nope, not me)…
