How to genrate the UBO4 forms in billings

Administration | Globals | Billings , Enabled the Activate UB04/837I Claim Support click on save button

Next ,Created the patient added the insurance and encounter and fees data

and then Fees | Billing , enabled the checkbox of that encounter data of the patient
