There is a feature available in OpenEMR to export CCDA data.

Is there a way to bulk-export all patients?
Our database has 4k+ patients and the CCDA is showing only 1500. How do we get all of the patients’ records out at once?

Frankly that scope of operation sounds like it’d best be done as a database operation, looping through all the patients, collecting all the desired data for each patient in its own report.
