This is probably a newbie question but I’m stumped. How do we enter Vitals information for each visit? On the summary page it says “No vitals have been documented” but I have not been able to figure out where to go to enter Vitals information.

When you have a patient encounter open (this could be your problem), you will see a drop down menu tab that says “clinical”. From there choose “vital signs”. You will also find Vital Signs in the left navigation menu.
There are fairly thorough instructions for the software use at the wiki, which also includes a manual, and even some videos of the most common usage.

Use them. Play with the demo. It is also possible to hire a trainer. Everyone was once a Newbie.
