How to delete a clinic?

Situation
How to delete a clinic from facility? I tried to search it came empty, I added test clinics and I cannot remove them now , they are not connected to any records?

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 7

You could delete a clinic by removing it from the “facility” table using phpmyadmin (Administration/Database). Just be careful that you are not referencing it anywhere

I have openemr installed on ubuntu, any link to how to do it as you recommended?

Done ……after I removed the clinic i am struggling with importing RxNorm. will post it in another thread.

The vm from VULTR look pretty in expensive. Would the small one (1G/1G/25G) be able to run OpenEMR with a 30 patient adult day care center to just keep track of things?

We had a stutter with AWS that caused a duplication with our clinics. This toggle does not seem to be working to remove the other 3 from being selectable/the calendar. Do you have any recommendations on how to make this happen?

Hi @emiller,

We have added the functionality for this Facility Inactive basically you have to do the customization for this to work as per above image

@Nilesh_Hake, thank you for your response. I have done that and the clinics are still active. Appointments* can still be assigned and they still show on the calendar.
